Our Privacy Commitment

SG HR cares about our customer and is committed to protect their privacy. Personal Data Protection Act (the “PDPA”) was enacted in October 2012 and came into full effect in July 2014. SG HR make reasonable security arrangements to protect personal data in its possession or under its control to prevent unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks.

What Personal Data SG HR Collect

Personal Data like candidate’s application form or resume may be requested. Further to that, Personal Data may also be collected when candidate corresponds with us through various media platforms or email.

Purpose for Collection, Use and Disclosure of Personal Data

  1. To communicate with candidates with regards to interview/request;
  2. To send candidate’s profile to the prospective employer;
  3. To match potential candidates to prospective employer;
  4. Where it is necessary, to disclose candidate personal data to the authorised authorities

Consent to Use and Disclose of Personal Data

By providing your Personal Data, you consent to SG HR for the purpose listed above. In view of disclosing personal data to third parties, SG HR will require them to adhere the Personal Data Protection Act and keep the personal data confidential.

Withdrawal Consent

You may withdraw your consent at any time by informing SG HR of your withdrawal. SG HR will not continue to use your personal data for any purposes.
